NEW! Spring Salmon Salad

Available from May 1 through June 30, 2012 at Zippy’s dine-in restaurants is our NEW Spring Salmon Salad! Grilled salmon compliments a spring salad of crispy fried saimin noodles, nestled in a bed of Nalo greens, lychee, grape halves, cucumber slices and tomato wedges. It’s all tied together with a sweet vinaigrette for a refreshing taste.

The Spring Salmon Salad will be available at Zippy’s dine-in restaurants for only $10.95. Prices are slightly higher at Zippy’s Kahului.

Zippy’s is looking for a few lucky locavores to be featured in an upcoming Zippy’s Keiki Menu! Send us a photo of you or your child showing us your support of locally-produced or locally-farmed items, including those served at Zippy’s.

Deadline to submit your photos is April 30, 2012. Winning submissions will be contacted to have a cartoon likeness drawn and featured in an upcoming Dine-In Restaurant Keiki Menu scheduled to be released in Summer 2012. By submitting a photo for the contest, you are also giving permission that the photo may be used for promotional purposes by Zippy’s Restaurants.

Along with Zippy’s breakfast favorites like the Loco Moco and omelettes, you can now get a stack of Hotcakes, Sweet Bread French Toast, and crisp Belgian Waffles at any time of the day!

Breakfast is served all day and night at Zippy’s dine-in restaurants and at the Fast Food counter from 11:00pm — 10:30am.

Zippy’s McCully To Close for Renovations

To serve you better, Zippy’s McCully will be closed for renovations on Sunday, April 15, 2012 at 11:59pm, and is scheduled to re-open in Fall 2012.

Zippy’s is introducing for a limited time our new Calamari & Shrimp Salad!

Crisp, fried calamari strips and breaded shrimp top a refreshing salad made with Nalo greens with saimin noodles, carrots, cucumber, Chinese parsley and tomato wedges. It’s served with a Thai Salad dressing.

If you’re looking for a little variety when you dine at Zippy’s Restaurants, check out our newly revised daily rotating specials menu! Some old favorites are making a return appearance, plus there’s some new specials to try!

Pork & Peas

New to the menu is the Pork & Peas plate, which is based on the popular Filipino dish Pork Guisantes, and includes cuts of pork, peas, onions, garlic and spices in a tasty seasoned tomato sauce.

Because our customers demanded it, the following items are also making a return appearance on our rotating specials menu: Meatloaf, Mochiko Chicken and Chicken Long Rice.

Kim Chee Fried Rice

As for Zippy’s Dine-In Restaurant locations, Kim Chee Fried Rice is returning as an exclusive special, and is served with teriyaki beef, and crisp fried wun tuns. There’s also the NEW Kalbi Bowl for dine-in restaurants only. Broiled kalbi is sliced and served on a bowl of rice with choy sum, cucumbers and kim chee, then drizzled with a miso mayonnaise sauce.

Specials are served from 10:30am, while supplies last at both the fast food counter & dine-in restaurant. As these specials follow a 6-day rotation and are not available every day, CLICK HERE to view the daily specials menu.
