Entries may also be submitted by mail. All four (4) drawings will be random drawings conducted by an FHB representative, whose decisions in all matters shall be final. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
5) PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Four (4) weekly prizes will be awarded. Each weekly prize will be a $5,000 check made payable to the winner once the prize is validly claimed and eligibility is verified. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions areallowed unless specifically allowed by these Official Rules. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual winners. If a winner is selected as a result of an ATM withdrawal or cash advance from an account with multiple names, and a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the primary individual owner of the account (as indicated on the account information on file with the financialinstitution) will be deemed the winner. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, a winner will be deemed ineligible and an alternate winner will be selected.
