Diabetes-Friendly Menu Options

When eating out, it can be challenging for people with diabetes to find foods that are nutritious, keep blood sugar levels in check, and taste great. That’s why Kaiser Permanente diabetes experts Dr. Jennifer Loh and Anne LaPorte, RN, CDE, partnered with the American Diabetes Association and Zippy’s Restaurants to create these healthy menu selections that everyone can enjoy. Dr. Loh is board certified in Internal Medicine, as well as Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. Anne Laporte is a nationally certified diabetes educator. They both share a mission to improve the health of people with diabetes, and to make eating out fun, healthy, and delicious!

Breakfast
